Featherstone Rovers are delighted to be playing host to Leeds United Women this Wednesday night as they face Halifax Women in the FA National League Cup.
The match will take place at the Millennium Stadium on Wednesday 28th August at 7:45pm. This is following a BARLA National Cup Final that was played on Sunday afternoon and Wakefield AFC’s clash against Horbury, which takes place tonight at 7:45pm.
These matches that we have highlighted are just a couple of the fixtures we have hosted in recent weeks and months, featuring different types of sports across all age groups, both male and female.
Rovers Chief Executive, Martin Vickers, said: “We’re really pleased that the Millennium Stadium is being recognised as a sporting home for all sports.
“From the BARLA National Final on a Sunday, to a prestigious Leeds United game a couple of days later, it’s great that Featherstone Rovers provides the ideal venue for the variety of games.
“It would be great if our Featherstone faithful can add to these occasions and continue to get behind these events.”
Entry for both midweek fixtures is just £6 adults, £4 concessions and juniors free.
Keep your eyes peeled for a number of fixtures coming up in September!!
